Andres Beltran
Software Developer
I build high-performance systems where reliability, security, and speed are non-negotiable.
About Me
I'm a systems-leaning software engineer who enjoys the hard parts: low-level performance, inter-process communication, encryption, and the kind of bugs that only show up under load. Most of my production work has been in C++/Qt and Python, building continuous facial recognition (Guacamole™), real-time process monitors (Sentinel), and Django/REST backends that chew through large datasets.
I care about clean architecture as much as raw throughput — design patterns, finite state machines, and well-drawn module boundaries are what keep these systems maintainable as they grow. Outside the systems layer, I'm equally comfortable in cloud (AWS, Docker) and modern web (React/Next.js, Three.js/GLSL) — this site is built with them.
